New condominium buildings in Queens.

We have recently completed schematic designs for (2) 35 units condominium buildings for MHL. The project is located in the heart of Queens, and in the neighborhood that has seen a dynamic influx of new dwellers from Manhattan in recent years.

MHL is a Queens based development company which has built over 450 units over the last few years, and the firm continues to build medium-sized multiple dwelling buildings with units between 12 to 120.
