We have recently completed schematic designs for 70 unit condominium building for Manhasset Home, LLC. The project is located in the heart of Queens in the neighborhood that has seen a dynamic influx of new dwellers from Manhattan in recent years.

PRC is our most recent addition on to growing list of REIT clients. The company holds more than 1,000 residential units and over 1 million square foot of commercial spaces in Queens and Long Island.
