We are New York City based architectural firm, providing services to Developers and Builders. Our practice area includes Urban Hotels, and smaller developments as well; 2-3 Family Houses & Multiple Dwellings. Our projects are located in all Five Boroughs as well as in Long Island and Northern New Jersey.

Experience & Experience

Our experience with the New York City Zoning is based on our close working relationships with developers, code specialists and zoning lawyers of the last 12 years.  We achieved several “First Reconsiderations” on some of the crucial issues related with the NYC Zoning, and resulted in subsequent traits of zoning tools to be utilized by other projects that followed.

For architectural engineering, our team possess an outstanding understanding of construction systems and its components. This in-depth knowledge always results to expansive and accurate Construction Documents (i.e.; working drawings & specifications) for an accurate construction budgeting and for better management of construction process.

Design Excellence

Established in 1995, our firm understands architecture as both art and technique of designing and building, and our objective is to fulfill both practical and expressive requirement of our clients, and, as such, we work to achieve excellence in design and project delivery.

The firm has designed projects valued at over 34 millioin dollars, and has collaborated on a project valued at 250 million dollars. Our growing list of project types includes hospitality; ecclesiastical; office & retail spaces; industrial; as well as recreational/sport facilities.

We, also, provide and put a great emphasis on a fine residential architecture, and believe it is to be the one of the strongest and fundamental area of our practice.
